His response to email and text was very... read more fast and he is very professional. We had to change our tour date because my daughter was very sick the morning we were scheduled. Juan Carlos was very understanding and rescheduled our tour. Since the Whale sharks were gone we swam with seals and got to see lot of tropical fish. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and she made the tour more enjoyable. She went into the water and guided us when we snorkeled. I felt very safe with Stephanie there with us. Lorenzo, our captain made sure we got to see a whale, sea turtles and dolphins. The ceviche lunch was very delicious and they made the day fun and relaxing.

Wow! Just wow!
Well, Whale Sharks are awesome. But what makes this tour exceptional is the staff.
First, we have to thank Carlos. He was educated in the... read more US, so miscommunication and language is never an issue.
Second, the captain of the boat - Lorenzo. He knows his craft (no pun intended).
He followed all the rules to keep the experience sustainable, yet gave us the time and opportunity to see these magnificent creatures from all angles
The boat is *not* big (that's a great plus - probably 24 feet), and has a nice shade.
Wet suits and fins are included, but food and water are probably not, so bring your own. And yes, bring a GoPro!
